CONDITIONS
Any contract between KK Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd and the client shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

INSURANCE
Every person participating in any tour or holiday organised by the Company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The Company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other traveller.

Although all vehicles owned by the Company are fully insured, tour members are requested to take out insurances for cancellations, health, accidents and baggage for peace of mind during and before the commencement of the tour.

CANCELLATION
Hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors or any other companies related to the services required, will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any such charges are levied by them, these charges will be billed to you through KK Tours.

15 days or less before departure - 25% of total price
06 days or less before departure - 50% of total price
Passenger "No Show" - 100% of total price.

No refunds are available for cancellations made after a tour has commenced nor in respect of any tour, accomodation or any other service not utilised.

LIABILITY
The Company acts as agent for travel agents, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport carriers and all other contractors and as such, assumes no responsibility for any act, omission, error or any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, injury, accident, change of schedules or government regulations, strikes, civil commotions etc over which it has no control. The Company reserves the right, without penalty, to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved, with or without notice, if it finds it to be in the best interests of all concerned. If a tour has to be cancelled prior to the date of departure due to circumstances beyond its control, the Company will refund all monies paid to it.
